Adaptive Dance Classes are coming this October to Solon Center for the Arts!
Come move, groove, and have fun with the Solon Center for the Arts on Saturday mornings! Our Adaptive Dance Classes are designed for dancers with disabilities and unique support needs, creating a welcoming space where everyone can participate, express themselves, and enjoy movement at their own pace.
Youth Adaptive Dance | Ages 6-15
Saturdays | 9:30–10:00 AM
Teen & Adult Adaptive Dance | Ages 16+
Saturdays | 10:45–11:30 AM
Dancers will explore hip-hop, jazz, creative movement, and other fun styles while building confidence, coordination, and self-expression. Activities can be adapted for different abilities and skill levels, and no previous dance experience is needed!
IMPORTANT SUPPORT INFORMATION:
These are group-based classes, so dedicated 1:1 assistance is not provided by program staff. If your dancer benefits from additional support, a parent, guardian, caregiver, or aide is welcome and encouraged to attend and participate alongside them.
