Eighth grade student Mia Papageorgiou was a runner-up again this year for Junior Scholastic’s “Can You Find Mapman?” contest. This contest challenges readers to figure out Mapman’s destination and create a map of that country, showing off its geography and culture. Mia’s map of Ireland was in the top 25 from over 1,400 entries! With the support of Mrs. Chabot, a 7th grade Social Studies teacher, Mia has received this recognition for the second year in a row.

Monday – Tie Dye
Wear tie dye shirts, rainbow accessories, neon colors, or anything colorful and fun to kick off summer spirit week.

Tuesday – BBQ Dads vs. Soccer Moms
Pick your side! Dress like a classic BBQ Dad with cargo shorts, sunglasses, sandals, and grilling gear or channel Soccer Mom vibes with athleisure, visors, and messy buns.

Wednesday – Day at the Zoo
Go wild! Wear animal prints, safari gear or zoo-themed shirts! To keep our focus on learning and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for everyone, costumes, full animal outfits, masks, face paint, tails, ears, and onesies are not permitted.

Thursday – 4th of June-ly: Party in the USA
Celebrate summer in red, white, and blue! Wear patriotic colors, stars and stripes!

Friday – Vacation Destinations
Dress for your dream vacation! Whether it’s tropical beachwear, Disney gear, hiking outfits, tourist shirts, sunglasses, or matching vacation vibes, show us where you’d rather be this summer!

We are very excited to announce that Alvirne High School and Hudson Memorial School have partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time.

You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update.

Click on the Parent Playbook (attached) to get started in FinalForms. If you require any support during the process, scroll to the page bottom and click “Get Help”.

We are asking the parents/guardians of all students planning to play sports to create accounts in FinalForms and register your student(s).

The 8th Grade End of Year Semi-Formal will be held June 5th from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Doors will open at 6pm for families and pictures. 8th Graders can purchase their ticket for $10 at lunch beginning June 1st. Small bites, snacks and drinks will be provided by PTO.

The NHMEA South Central District Middle School Festival for band and chorus took place on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at Mountain View Middle School in Goffstown, NH. This event gathers talented middle school musicians (grades 6–8) from multiple school districts for a day of rehearsal and a concluding concert. Twelve talented musicians from Hudson Memorial School's band and chorus participated in the festival this year.
