We value civic engagement and community involvement in Village planning and decision making. We proactively anticipate the needs of the community and work hard to ensure that we have clean and walkable neighborhoods, safe streets, well-maintained roads, and inviting community buildings. We have a thoughtful and responsible approach to taxation that minimizes the financial burden of living here while supporting the essential government services and programs that sustain the health, safety, and beauty of our Village. OUR COMMUNITY:
We welcome new residents and honor our long-time residents' way of life and traditions. We have places to meet and build community and share local traditions and events that celebrate our history and our promosing future. Our parks and trails provide extensive recreational opportunities for those who live here- and for those who are just visiting. A Country Way of Life.....worth preserving!

In just our third season, the Richfield WI Farmers Market has grown from #3 in Wisconsin LAST year, to #2 in Wisconsin THIS year in the American Farmland Trust ‘s Farmers Market Celebration!

This recognition belongs to our amazing vendors, volunteers, and community - the people who show up rain or shine and make every Saturday during market season something special by building community and growing with us.

Thank you for believing in supporting local food systems, thank you for shopping local farms and local small businesses, and for visiting with us at the market in heart of the Village of Richfield at the Nature & Historic Park week after week.

Here’s to continuing to grow together in 2027. Meet you at the market next season! 🧑‍🌾👩‍🌾

Looking for a great way to support our local parks while promoting your business or organization to the masses? The Village of Richfield is excited to offer Field Sponsorships!

For $300, you can help sponsor a field with a banner advertising your business for one year and show your support for the young athletes and families who make our community such a great place to live, work, and play!

Your sponsorship helps support Richfield’s parks and also provides an opportunity to showcase your business to families and community members enjoying our local sports programs. It also helps create a fun atmosphere for our young athletes.

If you’re planning to vote by Absentee Ballot in the **November General Election**, now is a great time to make your request!

📬 **581 absentee ballots have already been mailed** from the Village of Richfield as of this morning.

And here’s the best part: **if you make your request during our normal business hours (7:30 AM–4:00 PM), we’ll mail your ballot the same day.**
