One of the traditions at Johnson Primary School that is especially near and dear to our hearts is our Annual Veterans Day Assembly, when we come together as an Osprey family to honor and recognize the brave men and women who have served or are currently serving in our Armed Forces.
As a proud military-connected school community, we know that many of our little Ospreys have special heroes in their lives. We would love the opportunity to recognize and celebrate these individuals for their service, dedication, and sacrifice.
❤️🤍💙 We Need Your Help!
We invite our families to submit photos of loved ones who are active-duty service members or veterans. These photos will be featured during our Veterans Day ceremony and proudly displayed on our JPS Wall of Heroes, allowing our students, staff, and families to honor those who have served our nation.
📸 How to Participate:
Please submit one photo per service member to Mrs. Blanchong at [email protected]
Our Veterans Day celebration is a meaningful opportunity to teach our little Ospreys about service, sacrifice, gratitude, and patriotism as we continue developing Knowledgeable, Virtuous Citizens.
Thank you for helping us honor YOUR heroes and the many men and women who have given so much in service to our country. We look forward to celebrating them together as Team Osprey!
