Join us in giving Dorian Harrow, our 53rd District Chief Court Probation Officer, a huge round of applause for being named our 2022 1st Quarter Internal Employee Recognition Winner!
We think his nomination says everything about what an impact Dorian has on the people he helps each and every day.

"During a probation violation hearing, a defendant indicated that Probation Officer Dorian Harrow is the "nicest and most helpful Probation Officer" he has ever had. The defendant stated that he is now in his longest-ever period of sobriety from drugs and largely credits this to Dorian's support. He also stated that Dorian would often check in with him to see how he was doing, and he was clearly appreciative of all Dorian has done for him. Dorian and his department work hard everyday to help rehabilitate individuals like this defendant and often don't get the credit they deserve for their efforts."

One of Dorian's probationers sent him an update letter to tell him how he is still sober and how his life has changed. If that wasn't great enough, the letter ended with this, "For a Probation Officer, you're a pretty good guy."

Congratulations Dorian and thank you for all you devote to supporting our residents.
