Livingston County Community Alliance Purpose: Connect the Livingston County community to establish and promote healthy community standards concerning the use of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs.

The LCCA is a county-wide, grass roots coalition whose mission is to unite the Livingston County community to reduce and prevent youth substance use and to live a safe and drug free lifestyle. Congratulations to Deputy Tom Stocker! He was awarded the 2026 Tom Hagan Regulator / Law Enforcement Person of the Year Award by the Michigan Coalition for Reducing Underage Drinking (MCRUD) and Prevention Network.

The Livingston County Community Alliance regularly works alongside Deputy Stocker and had these wonderful things to say about him, "Strong partnerships between law enforcement and community coalitions are essential to creating meaningful, long-term change, and Deputy Stocker exemplifies what it means to be a community partner — he doesn't simply respond to problems but actively works to prevent them."

The Livingston County Community Alliance (LCCA) would like to congratulate Deputy Tom Stocker on receiving the 2026 Tom Hagan Regulator/Law Enforcement Person of the Year Award from Michigan Coalition to Reduce Underage Drinking (MCRUD) and Prevention Network Michigan!

The LCCA was proud to nominate Deputy Tom Stocker for this well-deserved recognition in appreciation of his dedication and partnership within our community.

Deputy Tom Stocker has been a tremendous partner to the LCCA, supporting our efforts through alcohol compliance checks, community outreach, and his continued commitment to keeping Livingston County safe and healthy.

The Livingston County Community Alliance (LCCA) joins communities across the country in remembering the lives lost to overdose and standing alongside individuals, families, and communities affected by substance use.

Overdose Awareness Day is a reminder that every life matters and that recovery is possible. By reducing stigma, educating our community, and showing compassion, we can help save lives and create hope for those who may be struggling.
