Summit hill is apparently in desperate need of subs.

Crimson came home last week telling us they were combing 1st grade classes.
She came home Thursday saying they put her in second grade as a 1st grader .

I love subbing . I dont know when the next sub training class will be but i can find out if interested .

I’ve been teaching at middle school mostly.
I might be subbing in Van Alstyne and Sherman as well soon.
I want to see how other schools operate.

I’m loving it.

I feel like saying something.

Don’t ever let anyone take your free speech away from you because of fear.

Freedom of speech is a freedom we have in our great country.

I realize in today’s world people hate it when you exercise your freedom of speech that our forefathers fought and died for.
Don’t let anyone prohibit you from exercising this right.
Employer
Politician and even
Religious leaders.

Words have power to change this world for the positive.

I’ve got to fix something on this site because rules seem to have disappeared.
See below

I’ve been very reluctant to create this site because I’m very afraid people will gossip and try to make this a site to bash principals, teachers and administrators.
This is going to be a site of high integrity and will not be allowed. If it’s an extremely serious matter I need to preview the post.
Even if I allow a serious post about someone such as a teacher or principal I will not allow their names to be used. You can say principal or teacher but I don’t want their names to be mentioned. We all learn constantly and make mistakes. The purpose would be to expose the actions but not destroy them. I don’t want a mistake made out of ignorance to hurt them the rest of their career. It should be said with the goal of helping them improve and see their wrong so they can correct their mistakes. Sometimes and especially in my life I don’t see mistakes I am making and it takes someone to point out my wrong doing for me to see it. I’ll give examples of my own mistakes later.
Please abide by my rules.
I have a lot of love for the Howe Isd. I want the school to always be the best in the world.

This site will also be used to provide information from athletics, Parent teacher organization. (PTO)
All athletic events.
Anything pertaining to up and coming events within Howe ISD.

This site can be used to promote students, teachers and anyone within the Howe ISD.

It is extremely important this site is of the utmost highest standards of integrity.

Lies will not be tolerated.

Negative things will be allowed if the purpose is to correct and improve the person or organization.
They must first be vetted and investigated.

Also the discipline process will be explained for a level 1,2 and 3 hearing before the board of education for extreme cases against an individual within the Howe ISD organization.

This site can also be used to provide information of people wanting to provide qualifications to run for public office. Such as school board and even city and county elections.

These are the basics of what this site will be about.

Here are pictures of my granddaughter with his kindergarten teacher and 1st grade teacher.
My experience subbing at every school within the Howe independent school district with almost every teacher has been unbelievable because all of the teachers there are super stars. They are the best of the best.

This is just two teachers I highly admire. Mrs, Price and Mrs, Armstrong are both at Summit elementary school. Just one of the great schools in our district.

Hopefully I’ll be highlighting more of our great teachers soon.

If you have any to share it would be great. Our teachers have a love for our kids and are a positive influence on their lives.
As a sub I haven’t seen a weak link in the entire Howe ISD system

I attended school at Howe from 1st to 12th grade and it was Howe teachers who helped mold me into who I am today.
