We will start accepting school supply/backpack donations TOMORROW, June 1st until July 25th!! Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 8a-3p. 918-658-2459 (tax write off letter can be given if needed)

We are looking for vendors also! Please send emails to [email protected] for a form! $30 for 10X10 booth!

If anyone knows someone with inflatables that would be willing to donate a few for the day, please let me know in the comments so I can reach out to them!! We want this to be the BEST for all the kids and families in our community!

‼️INFO AND REMINDERS‼️

1- WE WILL BE CLOSED MONDAY 5/25/26 FOR MEMORIAL DAY!!

2- We DO have a drop slot for payments on the side door and envelopes/pen are provided. If you are already set up on a payment plan or you want to pay in FULL and it is after business hours PLEASE USE IT. Payment plans may only be set up during office hours with either the court clerk or the town clerk. We accept cash, check,(must have DL) or money order. The drop slot is checked DAILY, even after business hours.

3- Our phones are back up AND we have an answering machine for you to leave a message after business hours.
⏱️Business hours are MONDAY-THURSDAY 8am-3pm. Any messages/calls left after 3:00pm on Thursdays will be answered the following Monday.

4- Our internet is still down which means our printer/copier is also down. Windstream cannot get out to fix it until next week. Please be patient with us. We have tried to get them to come sooner but they can’t. When the internet is back up and running, our printer/copier will be too and we can make copies of forms you need and be able to print compliance letters.

The Town of Howe would like to extend our deepest prayers and heartfelt support to Officer Kyle Newman of the Fort Smith Police Department, who was shot in the line of duty on May 17, 2026.

Please keep Officer Newman, his family, his fellow officers, and the entire Fort Smith community in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. We are praying for strength, healing, and a full recovery.

🔴PLEASE SHARE🔴

It is with great sadness that we have to announce the cancellation of our 1st Annual Spring Market and Car Show. 😭

With the heavy possibility of rain/thunderstorms a few days prior and the day of, we feel this is necessary for the safety of our participants and community. We will try again next Spring for market and car show.

We WILL be doing a back to school bash in August and giving out school supplies so stayed turned for that!! (We were going to announce this on the 18th 🤷🏻‍♀️) We will have vendors set up for that as well.

To our vendors and car show entrances, you will get a FULL refund. I will be making phone calls this morning to get a time/date set up to settle with you. Again, we are so very sorry and so very sad. Codi and I have worked hard on this for you all and will continue to work hard to bring our community together as much as our Board of Trustees (and the weather) will allow! ❤️
