Happy National Aviation Day! We would not be able to provide lifesaving care to Greater Houston and beyond without the advancements in aviation that have changed how we deliver emergency care from the skies.

Thank you to all of our pilots, mechanics, nurses, and paramedics who ensure our aircraft are safe for every mission. We are especially proud of our pilots, who hold high-level credentials including Visual Flight Rules (VFR), Instrument Flight Rules (IFR), and Airline Transport Pilot Rules (ATP). Their expertise also extends to flying with Night Vision Goggles (NVG), ensuring we can reach patients safely even after dark.

We look forward to what the future brings for the aviation industry and further innovations in air medical transport.
