The Houston Fire Department mourns the loss of Firefighter Brandy Allinience, who passed away Tuesday, Dec. 16, following a courageous battle with cancer believed to be related to her service in the fire department. She was 39.

Firefighter Allinience joined the Houston Fire Department in 2014 and was most recently assigned to Station 21/B. During her career, she also served the citizens of Houston at Stations 29, 52, 73, and 28.
