Sometimes things don’t work out because God’s plan is so much better. My girl was originally referred to me from a previous Airbnb client and was looking to rent a duplex to start a Airbnb. After the landlord backed out, we talked about utilizing her Va benefits to purchase!!

Now shes the landlord!!! Her mortgage is now going to be the same price for two units that she was going to pay in rent for one unit. Not to mention she has ZERO PROPERTY TAXES 🤑
