🚨BREAKING: The 5th Circuit Court just ruled that ballots MUST be received by Election Day and any state laws that allow them to be received and counted after Election Day violate federal law… THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING!!! NO MORE FRAUD!?!💥🇺🇸💥

"Congress statutorily designated a singular "day for the election" of members of Congress and the appointment of presidential electors. Text, precedent, & historical practice confirm this "day for the election" is the day by which ballots must be both cast by voters and received by state officials. Because Mississipppi's statute allows ballot receipt up to five days after the federal election day, it is preemted by federal law. We reverse the district court's contrary judgment and remand for further proceedings."

Because this is a decision by one of the highest courts in the nation, it impacts elections everywhere in the US.

It stands unless challenged. Rulings don’t have to go up to SCOTUS to be binding. It would likely though need to be appealed to the Supreme Court. SCOTUS has very much dropped the ball on election integrity, but I have very high hopes for this particular case…💥Bada BOOM BOOM BOOM💥!!!

We have just been notified by the Biden-Harris DOJ that President Biden’s lawyers and President Obama’s legal representatives have claimed an extension under the Presidential Records Act, 44 U.S.C. § 2208(a)(3)(B), delaying the public release of records from Joe Biden’s time as Vice President, including records relating to Hunter Biden and his foreign business dealings, by the National Archives.

In other words, Biden, Obama, and NARA are concealing these potentially explosive records until the day after the 2024 election, November 6, 2024.
