We are a Deed Restricted Community with convenient access to I-45 & Beltway 8 (Sam Houston Tollway). Our Community is ethnically diverse with a friendly environment suitable for all families. We invite and strongly encourage participation in the Kirkwood Civic Club where we are connecting, communicating and caring for our Community.
