The Positive Pathways Program is a free program offered through Change Happens!, a 501 (c)(3), non-profit, social service organization providing a variety of services to encourage and promote positive outcomes for children, youth, and families by providing a wide range of comprehensive services and collaborations. has provided highly effective programs that demonstrate the organization’s mission,

Empowering Families to Help Themselves, and responded to needs of a growing city and its communities. Current services include: youth development and leadership, substance abuse prevention and intervention, abstinence education, mental health counseling, mentoring, homeless supportive services, HIV prevention, and children health insurance outreach.
