Closing on a home changes more than an address. 🔑

It’s the result of long days, sacrifice, patience, paperwork, classes, sweat equity, and believing the hard work will one day lead somewhere permanent.

For Anissa, that day finally arrived!

From putting in the work as a Family Partner to crossing the finish line at closing, this journey reflects what determination can build. Along the way, she was supported by volunteers, staff, and partners like the The Junior League of Houston, Inc., whose Centennial Home sponsorship helped make this milestone possible.

Today, Anissa has more than a house. She has a place to build memories, and put down roots for years to come, and as she tells us, decorate for Christmas.

Congratulations, Anissa! We’re honored to have walked alongside you on the path home. 💙
