Congratulations to the Forever Parks Foundation of Pearland for being honored with TIRR Memorial Hermann’s Community Partner Award!🎉

We’re grateful for their dedication to creating inclusive spaces in Pearland, spanning from the Ed Thompson Inclusive Park to the upcoming 4‑acre playspace at Independence Park. Thank you to the TIRR Memorial Hermann team for recognizing their incredible work!👏

The Forever Parks Foundation of Pearland board was thrilled to be recognized with TIRR Memorial Hermann’s Community Partner Award on Wednesday. The award is presented to organizations that partner with TIRR Memorial Hermann to make a difference in the community.

The Foundation was recognized for its efforts to help people with disabilities, like Pearland’s first inclusive playground – Ed Thompson Inclusive Park – and its ongoing fundraising efforts to bring a 4-acre inclusive playspace to Independence Park.

Members of the TIRR Memorial Hermann team joined members of the Foundation’s board during our regular September board meeting to present the honor. We wish to thank the TIRR Memorial Hermann team – Rhonda Abbott, Christine Adair, Monica Byars, Peggy Turner, and Marcie Kern – for joining us and honoring us with this award!
