Houston’s micromobility regulations include a citywide e-scooter curfew from 8 PM to 4 AM, sidewalk restrictions in business districts, rental limitations, and enforcement measures for devices operated or parked illegally.

Ride safely, follow posted traffic rules, and help keep Houston’s streets and sidewalks safe for everyone.

• Allow extra time for traffic and adhere to all road closure signs.

• If you’re coming with a group, designate a meeting spot if you get separated.
• Most importantly...if you SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING. Report suspicious bags, packages or activities immediately.
