Our Benefits Enrollment Center (BEC) provides rehabilitation and reconstruction assistance through the Unlock Housing Program to eligible Houston homeowners whose primary residences were damaged by the May 2024 Derecho or Hurricane Beryl in July 2024.

Eligible applicants must meet program requirements, including residency, disaster damage, and household income qualifications. Required documents may include proof of identification and citizenship, income, homeownership, disaster-related damages, and other supporting documentation.
