As we look ahead to the Health + Housing Summit this July, we’re excited to highlight conversations helping move healthcare, community response, and cross-sector collaboration forward across our city.

Healthcare doesn’t begin at the clinic door. Through our Street Medicine program, we bring care directly to individuals experiencing homelessness across Houston, meeting people where they are with compassion, consistency, and dignity.

From wound care and medication support to behavioral health connections and pathways into ongoing treatment, every encounter is an opportunity to build trust, improve health outcomes, and strengthen connection to care.
