Our Adult Program kicked off their monthly Travel Paty with a bang! These monthly gatherings are all about connection, adventure, and fun! We love seeing the joy and excitement on everyone's faces. Can't wait to see where we "travel" to next month! ✈️🌎

Meet Maxton! 🧡Maxton is a part of our Early Childhood Intervention Program. He has made so much progress since he started, and we are SO proud of him! Hear more about Maxton's Journey form his mom, Tiffannie:
"We started this journey when my son was two years old. Maxton wasn't speaking at all at that time. He was having a lot of difficulties. There were many days where I cried and he cried and yelled because we couldn't understand each other. With the help of the ECI family throughout this year my son went from not speaking to telling me his wants and needs and communicating with me. With the love and care of Misty and Andrea going to my son's school they were able to see him in his element and guide him in the right direction. They communicated with me the day before they were going to his school and always showed up and showed out. Every couple of months Tanya the coordinator would check on his progress, and we all would have a meeting to discuss his progress and goals. They were always there for me when I had any questions and would guide me in the right direction. I was really hesitant because my son was standoffish with people, but he took to them like family. We took them in and they took my son in and loved him like his own. CHOOSE. Choose my extended family just like I chose them. They will not fail you. "

Join us Tuesday nights, 5-6PM, at The Caroline School! Our playgroups are open to anyone ages 6-15 with disabilities and their siblings.

This past Thursday, we were honored to be among 27 organizations in the Gulf Coast Region that were awarded Funds for Veteran’s Assistance from the Texas Veterans Commission. Easter Seals Greater Houston was awarded $450,000, which will allow us to continue to support our veterans and military connected families. Supporting mental health and financial assistance is an investment in stronger healthier communities. This award will help our Veteran and Mental Health programs continue to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and connect people with the support they need.
