The mission of the Harris County Toll Road Authority (HCTRA) is to responsibly operate and maintain a safe, reliable, sustainable, and evolving mobility system that meets the diverse connectivity needs of all Harris County residents. HCTRA created this page to keep our customers and the general public informed about HCTRA mobility projects, EZ TAG program services, toll road closures due

to construction or emergencies and additional relevant information about the Toll Authority. While everyone is welcome to comment on HCTRA status updates, this page is intended to be a venue for constructive conversation and informative updates. It is not designed to respond to complaints about toll roads, or to resolve toll violations and answer every question.
