Take Back DC is run by Raz Shafer, a long-time conservative activist and former Regional Director for Senator Ted Cruz. Raz left the Senator’s office to launch the Draft Ted Cruz for President Super PAC in March 2014 and raised hundreds of thousands of dollars in the grassroots effort to draft Cruz into the presidential race. Now that Cruz is in, Take Back DC will carry the baton as we work to nominate and then elect Senator Cruz as America’s 45th President.
