Midtown’s newest public art isn’t on a wall — yet. 👀

Midtown has a new look across the district, with banners featuring work by its first-ever Artist in Residence, Dual. The banners offer a first look at Urban Wild: Hidden Nature of Midtown, a multidisciplinary project exploring the ecosystems within Houston’s urban landscape.

And this is just the beginning. 🎨

Dual is hard at work on an augmented reality mural that will reveal the wildlife and plant life often hidden in plain sight across our urban environment. The mural is set to be unveiled toward the end of September.
