Three Years of Courage & Resilience – A Peaceful Community Gathering 🇵🇰🤲
Alhamdulillah, our peaceful community gathering in Sugar Land was successfully held to mark three years since the imprisonment of former Prime Minister Imran Khan. Members of the Pakistani community came together in solidarity to offer collective prayers for justice, peace, democracy, and the prosperity of Pakistan.
The gathering was addressed by Sajjad Burki, Atif Khan, Tariq Majeed (Chief Coordinator, PTI Texas USA) and Dr. Jawad Babar, who shared their thoughts on the importance of constitutional rights, democratic values, peaceful civic engagement, and national unity. Their inspiring messages encouraged participants to remain steadfast in their commitment to justice, hope, and the rule of law.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who attended with their families and contributed to making this event a success. May Allah bless Pakistan with lasting peace, stability, justice, and prosperity, and unite our nation with wisdom, compassion, and strength.

The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Overseas Election Commission has officially announced the schedule for the upcoming intra-party elections in the UK chapter.

The Namal University Cricket Tournament, held at Kingsmen Arena in Houston on April 18, 2026, proved to be an energetic and meaningful gathering. With Karachi XI, Lahore XI, Islamabad XI, and Peshawar XI competing, the matches showcased both strong competition and a spirit of unity among players and supporters.

More than just a sporting event, the tournament highlighted the purpose and vision of Namal University. Attendees showed genuine interest in its mission, engaging in thoughtful discussions and learning about ongoing initiatives. Many were also invited to take part in the upcoming Namal Knowledge City fundraiser on May 3.

The event’s success reflects the efforts of many individuals. Credit goes to the chief organizer, Ali Sarwar Barlas, along with the team captains; Jawad Babar, Usman Khan, Ali Sarwar Barlas, and Syed Asif, for leading their sides with dedication and sportsmanship. Special appreciation is also due to Sajjad Burki, whose continued support and commitment to the vision of Namal University play an important role in advancing its educational mission.

Gratitude is extended to every player, supporter, and spectator who contributed to making the event a success. Supporting higher education through Namal University, an initiative inspired by Imran Khan; was at the heart of the day, and cricket once again proved to be a powerful way to bring people together for a meaningful cause.

Shameful accusations are being spread against Sajjad Burki by patwari and military-backed fake accounts. An AI-generated video has been circulated falsely accusing him of planning a violent attack on the U.S. Consulate in Karachi. He categorically denies any knowledge of or involvement in such activity. He is also reporting this matter to the FBI and relevant local authorities as a threat to his life and as a case of transnational repression.

PTI Houston Texas - Special Dua for Imran Khan

Alhamdulillah, PTI Houston organized a special Iftar and Dua gathering yesterday at Town Hall, Sugar Land, dedicated especially for the health and well-being of Imran Khan.

The entire community came together to pray for his recovery, strength, and safety. In this blessed month of Ramadan, we raised our hands and asked Allah to grant him complete shifa, courage, and protection. Ameen.

Sajjad Burki, Atif Khan, and Qasim Suri addressed the gathering and emphasized the responsibility of overseas Pakistanis to continue raising their voices for justice and democracy.

It was not just an Iftar, it was a moment of unity, faith, and solidarity.
