My name is Jay Reulet and I’m a Section 8 expert with 18 years of experience and an excellent success rate of getting people into low-income housing and helping them navigate the housing choice voucher program. My consulting experience includes reading thousands of Housing Authority and Continuum of Care manuals, covering everything from Section 8 housing applic
ations, operations, policies, procedures, assessment tools, HIMS, algorithmic ranking, data manuals and every piece of HUD and housing legislation written on subsidized housing in the last decade. As a Section 8 consultant, I’ve had the pleasure of serving thousands of low-income housing landlords and Section 8 applicants in every state of the US. I’ve worked as both a consultant and a district manager at many of the best affordable housing properties on the market, and my greatest honor and privilege has been serving the thousands of homeless, disabled, seniors and veterans who need this housing most.
