Stay weather aware this week as a tropical system brings the risk of heavy rainfall to Southeast Texas. HCTRA is monitoring weather and roadway conditions, and we will share updates if there are major impacts to the toll road system, Washburn Tunnel or Lynchburg Ferry.

According to the National Weather Service Houston/Galveston, the heaviest rainfall is expected Tuesday morning through evening. Slow down, increase your following distance and never drive through flooded roadways. Follow ReadyHarris for emergency updates.
