Precinct 3 spans as far west as Cypress - as far north as Tomball - and as far east as Crosby. It encompasses approximately 47% of all unincorporated Harris County, including over 6,600 lane miles of roadway, 68 parks, and 10 Community and Nature Centers. Precinct 3 is home to nearly a dozen community centers, 15 school districts, about 1,000 neighborhoods, and the nation's longest urban-forested

corridor - the Spring Creek Greenway. The purpose of this site is to present matters of public interest in Harris County Precinct 3 (HCP3). Comments are encouraged and will be monitored. HCP3 also reserves the right to remove comments including but not limited to those containing obscene language or sexual content, messages that threaten or promote illegal activity, commercial services, or products.

Good news, with a break in the weather - the water has begun to recede along this Will Clayton Parkway-Atascocita Road intersection! Thank you to our amazing law enforcement partners for helping us monitor roads and ensure the safety of the traveling public.
