Precinct 3 spans as far west as Cypress - as far north as Tomball - and as far east as Crosby. It encompasses approximately 47% of all unincorporated Harris County, including over 6,600 lane miles of roadway, 68 parks, and 10 Community and Nature Centers. Precinct 3 is home to nearly a dozen community centers, 15 school districts, about 1,000 neighborhoods, and the nation's longest urban-forested
corridor - the Spring Creek Greenway. The purpose of this site is to present matters of public interest in Harris County Precinct 3 (HCP3). Comments are encouraged and will be monitored.
