Building a business rarely happens in a straight line. After opening her first brick-and-mortar location, Chef Victoria faced challenges many entrepreneurs know too well — limited marketing, rising costs, and low foot traffic. But instead of giving up, she found a new opportunity through collaboration and community.

Today, Vicky's Island Hop operates alongside Mombasa Street Eats inside Picnic’s digital food hall, where local chefs and entrepreneurs can grow their businesses while supporting one another. 🌴

From catering major events to serving corporate clients across Houston, Chef Victoria has continued building Vicky’s Island Hop through consistency, creativity, and community support. Along the journey, she’s catered for organizations, festivals, and even artists like LL Cool J and The Roots.

Now operating inside Picnic’s digital food hall, Vicky's Island Hop continues introducing more Houstonians to the flavors of the Caribbean while creating space for entrepreneurship and collaboration.
