🌉PROJECT SPOTLIGHT🌉

Last Monday the Fayette County Engineer crews started the total bridge replacement of Creamer Road. This project is an important investment in our local infrastructure to ensure a safer and stronger crossing for years to come.

Please remember that Creamer Road will remained closed from State Route 41 to Wentz Road for the next 90 days while the rehabilitation of this bridge is underway.

We know road closures can be an inconvenience and we appreciate the communities patience while our crews work to complete this project safely and efficiently.

You can help ensure that safety by

1. Following all posted detour and closure signs
2. Do not drive around barricades
3. Give our crews plenty of room to work
4. Allow additional time for your commute.

We will keep the community updated as the project progresses and look forward to getting Creamer Road back open and better than ever. In the meantime, enjoy our drone images of the last week.

Strategic Plan Spotlight: Plan for Future Water & Wastewater Needs

Planning for future growth starts with strong infrastructure. Fayette County is taking important steps to ensure water and wastewater services can support both current residents and future development.

🔹 Planning for Growth 🔹
The county is developing a comprehensive water and wastewater study to better understand future service needs and identify how water infrastructure will support upcoming industrial and community development. This six-month effort will build upon the county's existing utility maps and help guide long-term planning.

🔹 Looking Ahead 🔹
As Fayette County continues to grow, expanding and improving water and wastewater infrastructure will help support new businesses, strengthen economic development, and prepare the community for future opportunities.
