The Amelia County Christmas Parents is having a booth for fundraising efforts at the Amelia Corks and Forks event at Tom Scott Park tomorrow! We are in need of volunteers to help man the booth, promote and sell raffle tickets.

🎄 How You Can Help Make Christmas Possible in Amelia County 🎄

Preparation for our annual Toy Shop is a year-long effort! Serving over 400 children in our community, we want to share something important—this program is only possible because of YOU. 💛

The Amelia County Christmas Parents organization is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that is fully funded through community support. Every toy, coat, book, and gift we provide is made possible through:

✨ Local fundraising efforts
✨ Community partnerships

We do not receive ongoing government funding—your generosity is what brings Christmas magic to local families each year.

The Amelia County Christmas Parents would like to take a moment to honor and mourn the great loss of the lovely, Beatrice Head. Beatrice served as a Christmas Mother for the program in 2020.

We love her and will forever be grateful for her countless contributions to the program to help provide Christmas for the children of Amelia County.

The Amelia County Christmas Parents Program is here to support families in our community during the holiday season.

If your family is currently receiving assistance through Amelia County Social Services, you are automatically qualified to shop at our Toy Shop. We proudly serve children from newborn to 18 years of age, helping ensure every child can experience the joy of Christmas.

We also recognize that not every family in need is connected with Social Services. If you know of an Amelia County family facing financial hardship this year — or if your family located in Amelia County could use a little extra support during the holiday season — we encourage you to reach out.

We’re here to help make the season brighter for every family we can reach.
