Big news for Fayette County—and I’m incredibly grateful to be part of it!
I’m honored to share that I’ve been appointed as the next Fayette County Administrator, beginning June 29 following a unanimous vote by the Board of Commissioners today.
This community has truly become special to me. Over the past year and a half, I’ve had the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, work alongside incredible partners, and help move forward important efforts like the Fayette County Strategic Plan, the upcoming Joint Land Use Plan, and our Branding and Wayfinding initiative. I’m excited to continue that work in a new role.
In this position, I’ll be working closely with our county departments and elected officials to support day-to-day operations, assist with budget preparation, strengthen communication and coordination across offices, and help implement clear, consistent procedures that keep the county running efficiently and effectively for our residents.
I’m also looking forward to working alongside a strong team. Dana Foor will transition into the role of Deputy County Administrator, and Chasity Wilson will continue as Administrative Clerk. Together, we’re committed to supporting the Commissioners, strengthening collaboration, and continuing the positive momentum happening across the county.
