A few of our Class of 2026 Boyz of Troy had the opportunity to represent Hot Springs World Class High School in the Arkansas vs. Texas All-Star Game! 🏈

We are so proud of these young men for the way they represented HSWCHS, our community, and Trojan Nation. It was great to see them suit up in Trojan gear one last time before beginning the next chapter of their journeys as college football players.

Today we celebrated the Top 25 students in the Class of 2027 and the Class of 2028 at our Top 25 Celebration! 🎉 These students have worked incredibly hard all year, showing dedication, perseverance, and a commitment to academic excellence. Today we hosted Camp Troy for our rising sophomores — the Class of 2029! 🎉🖤💛

Students had the opportunity to tour the building, participate in a question-and-answer session with Student Council about all things high school, and meet with counselors to discuss credits and graduation requirements. They also attended our Elective Fair to explore the many clubs, organizations, and opportunities available on campus!

We are so excited to welcome the students to HSWCHS and can’t wait to see all they accomplish!

💧 Our Chemistry students had the opportunity to visit the Hot Springs Water Plant!

During the visit, students learned how drinking water is pumped to our homes and schools and explored the important process of treating water to make it safe for community use. Students also conducted different water tests to see firsthand how clean water is obtained before being distributed throughout the city.

Hands-on learning experiences like this help connect classroom concepts to real-world careers and everyday life! 🔬🚰

Today our Counselors hosted Camp Troy for our rising seniors — Class of 2027! 🎓🖤💛

Parents and students had the opportunity to learn about graduation requirements, important senior year information, and all the exciting milestones ahead. Students also participated in their ring ceremony and took their cap and gown pictures!

What an incredible opportunity for our students! Today, a group of our 10th and 11th grade students participated in a special leadership and networking workshop hosted by former Arkansas Razorback and NBA legend Sidney Moncrief in partnership with Domino’s Pizza.

Students had the chance to learn valuable communication and networking skills from business professionals while preparing for their future beyond high school. We were honored to be ONE of only three schools selected for this amazing experience!

The students absolutely loved the event, enjoyed meaningful conversations, received t-shirts, and shared a Domino’s pizza lunch together. Thank you to everyone who helped make this opportunity possible for our Trojans!

Yesterday, the 11th-grade IB Science students participated in the annual Collaborative Sciences Experience (CSP) at Lake Ouachita. Students were given a random assortment of digital sensors and tasked with developing a scientific research question that identified independent, dependent, controlled, and confounding variables. They then collaborated to collect data from various sites around the lake, analyze their findings, and draw conclusions based on their research questions.
