Step back in time at A Soldier’s Christmas, a free indoor event featuring military re-enactors, a WWII flea market, and special appearances by WWII veterans and Santa Claus. Fun for the whole family and a meaningful way to honor history this holiday season!

Thank you to everyone who joined us on Saturday for our "Soldiers Christmas & Military Flea Market". We are grateful to our WWII veterans, reenactors, and military vendors who made this event a big success. We collected a large amount of donations for present day military and their families -- thank you to those who donated. We hope to see everyone again next year! Happy holidays!!

Our Story

This will be our 10th Annual World War II Event and this year we are hosting our event in Horsham with a new location at Penrose-Strawbridge House located at 900 Governor Road, Horsham, PA 19044. The purpose of our World War II events is the education of our visitors, especially the younger generation, of the courage of our soldiers, the sacrifices they make, and the hardships they endure. Our mock battle is exciting, but can also be loud and scary; although war is often romanticized, we hope our visitors come away with an appreciation of how frightening and brutal armed conflict was - and is - and understand the bravery of those who need to defend our freedoms. This is a wonderful opportunity for your involvement and to honor those in the military - both past and present. We hope you consider joining us this weekend.
