You may have noticed some changes around our station.
We are painting the exterior of the station. We poured a concrete pad for our dumpster and paved the back parking lot. We had the roof over the dispatch room and the back room replaced with a steel roof. Lastly, we replaced our aging tables and chairs that were in our meeting room.

All the improvements were done to keep the station in good shape and continue to serve us and the community for many years to come.

Today, the members of Town and Country Fire Department pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country.

Memorial Day is more than the start of summer — it is a day of reflection, gratitude, and remembrance for those who gave their lives defending the freedoms we enjoy every day.

We ask our community to join us in honoring our fallen heroes and keeping their families in your thoughts today. Their courage and sacrifice will never be forgotten.

🇺🇸 We remember. We honor. We thank you. 🇺🇸

As boating season starts. We have old 2 1/2" and 3" hose available. Please let us know if you would like some for your boat or dock.
We will cut the couplings off and just ask for a donation made to the FD in return.
Hose must be picked up. We do not deliver.

Tonight we provided an engine for the Interior Firefighter Operations Class. The class went through several different scenarios of interior fire attack and transitional attack from exterior to interior. We were happy to support the training of the next generation of firefighters!

PSA: If you have an emergency please call 911 and not the station non-emergency number.

Valuable time is being wasted by looking up the station non-emergency number and calling the station or the wrong station.

We have had two recent instances where non-emergency numbers were called and the wrong fire station was called prior to calling 911.

Also, please know which fire department provides your coverage. It may not be the fire department you think it is.

Fire trucks and emergency vehicles are more than just heavy machinery—they are the lifeline of your community. When the tones drop, lives depend on the performance of your apparatus. There is no margin for error, and there is no time for mechanical failure.
As we move into the summer heat, a functioning AC system is about more than just comfort; it’s about operator safety and electronic reliability. High cabin temperatures can lead to crew fatigue and cause vital communication and navigation equipment to overheat.
Our Summer AC Checkup Includes:
• System Pressure Diagnostics: Ensuring your refrigerant levels are optimal for peak performance.
• Component Inspection: Checking belts, hoses, and compressors for wear and tear.
• Cabin Air Filter Replacement: Maximizing airflow and air quality for your team.
• Condenser Cleaning: Removing road debris to prevent system overheating.
Don't wait for a heatwave to find a failure. Ensure your fleet is ready to respond when it matters most.
Contact the shop today to schedule your fleet’s AC preventative maintenance.
