The Town of Horizon City and Mayor Andy Renteria invite all residents and community members to attend a town meeting on Saturday, January 10, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Horizon Fire Department, El Paso County E.S.D. #1, 14151 Nunda Dr, Horizon City, TX 79928.

The meeting will focus on the ongoing construction projects in Horizon City and provide an opportunity for residents to ask questions and share concerns. Mayor Renteria will address questions directly, and representatives from TxDOT and the contractors responsible for the projects will also be available to provide updates and information.

Staff from the Town of Horizon City and the Horizon City Police Department will be present to offer assistance and answer questions. Everyone is welcome to attend, and the Town encourages all residents and community members to participate, learn, and engage in the discussion.
