Now that we’ve finished restoring the exterior of the 7th Street Theatre to its original appearance, we’re turning our attention back to the inside – remodeling the lobby restrooms! The restrooms desperately need to be updated and expanded.

It will cost $225,000 to remodel both restrooms. We have been awarded a $75,000 Historic Theaters matching grant from the Dept. of Archaeology and Historic Preservation. We will be pursuing other grants and plan to use funds from savings.

Our goal is to raise $50,000 by the end of August, and that is why we are turning to you. The 7th Street Theatre is the gem of downtown Hoquiam. We are very proud of the restoration work and interior upgrades over the past few decades. We are continuously being contacted by new renters and have a full calendar. Join us in the restoration of our beloved theatre!

It's that time! The 7th St Kids are taking over the building to prepare for their shows this summer! No movies til the Fall. More info will be out soon about the 7th St Kids shows.

Did you know that you can buy 7th St Theatre merch at all of our events at the theatre? We have sticker packs, pub glasses, movie passbooks, and note cards! Sometimes a rare collectable like a wood box made from the original stage floor or a collectors plate show up! Back to the Future trivia
Apparently Ronald Reagan was amused by Doc Brown's disbelief that an actor like him could become President so much so that he had the projectionist stop and replay the scene. He also seemed to enjoy it so much that he even made a direct reference to the film in his 1986 State of the Union address, "As they said in the film Back to the Future (1985), 'Where we're going, we don't need roads.'"
