If you need a place to cool down, the Hope Library is open and available as a community cooling center today. Stop in to enjoy air conditioning, relax with a book and take a break from the heat!

Please remember to stay hydrated, limit time outdoors during the hottest parts of the day, and check in on neighbors, friends, and family members who may be vulnerable in these extreme temperatures.

3rd Annual Summer Kick-Off at Colvin Park

School’s out, and summer is here! Join us for the Hope Library’s 3rd Annual Summer Kick-Off celebration at Colvin Park for an evening of giant bubbles, laughter, and family fun.

We're excited to welcome back Circus Dynamics with their fan-favorite bubble show, featuring enormous bubbles and plenty of bubble magic to delight children and adults alike.

Bring a blanket and some lawn chairs, gather your family and friends, and celebrate the start of summer with your favorite library! We can't wait to see you there!

Thank you to all of our little artists who joined us for Toddler Art Lab!

Today we practiced watercolor painting using paint made from dried up markers and explored how colors blend and flow across the page. From butterflies and sea creatures, everyone did a wonderful job experimenting with this fun medium!

We loved seeing your creativity shine and can’t wait to paint with you again!
