The Hooppole Fun Day Committee is looking for participants for their parade. If any surrounding departments would like to drive one of their trucks in the parade on June 28th. The line up begins near the Atkinson Grain building between 9:15 - 9:45 with the parade starting at 10. đźš’đźš’đźš’

The Hooppole Fire Department will not be having our annual Pancake Breakfast this November. This decision was made due to the departments current low membership.

You might as well turn this sucker off!

all the fire departments in the county need help. We’ve heard all the excuses. I can’t commit to (fill in the blank), I’m not always available, I’m too young/old, I don’t know anything about it. They are just excuses. We are all volunteers. We can when we can and we can’t when we can’t.

This is an incredible job you get paid for in ways that aren’t money. If you’ve ever thought about it, contact the VFD in your area. The hardest part, is walking through that station door the first time.

We all live in the communities we serve. How can you make a difference?

Every fire department across the country needs help.

Our small community is in desperate need of help, we are currently running with 7 on our staff and we should be at 15

Good evening Village of Hooppole and our surrounding areas, as you all have heard there were 3 very young lives lost in a very tragic accident in Tampico. One of our very own was touched by this tragedy. The Hooppole Fire dept. will be taking up a donation to the family and would like to ask if anyone here in town or outside of town would like to make a donation as well, if so please get ahold one of our firefighters here in town. These donations will help cover some of the expenses that are accumulated from this terrible tragedy.
