Big congrats to Chad Konts for presenting a speech to this years class of “Future Instructors” at ITP in Ann Arbor this morning. Chad was an attendee of this program last year and was approached by the UA to address this years class and talk about his experiences in transitioning from apprentice to instructor. Great job Chad Konts! Proud moment for Local 131 today 🇺🇸
