Whether your keiki is heading to football practice, stepping onto the volleyball court, or gearing up for another season, knowing the signs of a concussion is important for athletes and their parents.

Fortunately, concussion recovery has come a long way. Today’s athletes benefit from baseline testing, thorough evaluations, and step-by-step return-to-play protocols designed to protect their long-term brain health.
