One doesn’t become a [Sailor] in a week - it takes training, study and discipline. - Daniel Inouye, Captain, U.S. Army.

Recently, Sailors at NIOC Pacific assembled to receive training on OPSEC, SAPR, CI, and various other topics vital to their performance as a warfighter. In addition, two Sailors were recognized for their tireless dedication to the mission and to their fellow Shipmates with JSAMs. Thank you to all the presenters and BZ to the awardees!

Navy Unwind Resiliency Day provided an opportunity to recharge, build connections, and step away from our daily routines while engaging with representatives from organizations that support the well-being of our Sailors and families. Through wellness activities and time dedicated to personal growth and reflection, we strengthened our resilience and gained valuable insight into the resources available to us. The event reinforced the importance of utilizing these programs and services to enhance readiness, support overall well-being, and maintain a mission-ready force.

Running for the voices that deserve to be heard 💙

Today’s 5K wasn’t just about miles—it was about standing up, spreading awareness, and showing support for children who need it most. Every step we took was a step toward hope, healing, and change.

Together, we can break the silence.

This week, NIOC Pacific said farewell to a place rich in history and mission—Building 324 aboard Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam.
For years, Building 324 has stood as a cornerstone of information operations, supporting generations of Sailors and civilians dedicated to the mission. Within its walls, countless hours of intelligence, innovation, and teamwork have shaped the legacy we carry forward today.
As we close this chapter, we pass the torch to Cyber One—we know Building 324 is in capable hands and will continue to serve as a hub of excellence.
Fair winds and following seas to a building that has been more than just a workspace—it has been part of our story.

Today NIOC Pacific is open for mission essential personnel only.
