A massive shoutout goes to all the Dragons who stepped out of their day-to-day duties to roll up their sleeves —stacking, counting, and getting the heavy lifting done. Days like today show the mettle of this squadron; watching our folks come together.

Big appreciation to MSgt Advincula and First Sergeant Warner for bringing the grills and manning the heat, and to Chief Hite for prepping all the toppings and accoutrements to keep the line moving. Every member who chipped in and brought food.. Taking care of the mission means taking care of the people, and your contributions made the day run seamlessly.

A look behind the scenes at today's 647th LRS Change of Command!

We kicked off the morning by proudly presenting Mr. Douglas Bugado with the Exemplary Civilian Service Award. Thank you for your continued dedication to the mission!

Out under the trees, these candid shots capture the true heart of our squadron—from the quiet focus of our Airmen standing the line, to the honorable transition of leadership between our incoming and outgoing commanders.

Congratulations to our new leadership, and thank you to the men and women who keep the 647th LRS moving!
