The Alternative Site Framework (ASF) gives Hawai‘i businesses more flexibility to participate in the Foreign-Trade Zone program from their own locations.

Instead of operating only within traditional FTZ sites, eligible companies can work with FTZ9 to establish FTZ operations at their facilities anywhere in the state.
