The Military and Family Support Center (MFSC) offers a variety of free programs to help patrons develop skills, improve relationships, and handle the military way of life. The MFSC is a joint Air Force and Navy service center that supports the military's operational readiness by providing a wide range of services and assistance to active duty service members, retirees and family members.

& Hurricane Preparedness Tip # 4: Tropical Cyclone Conditions of Readiness (TCCOR) 101

During severe weather events, you might hear the base announcing different "TCCOR" levels, especially during hurricane season. But what do they actually mean? TCCOR is the Navy's guideline for estimating a timeframe until destructive winds (58 mph or greater) might hit our area. It also serves as a notice to base personnel and housing residents to begin preparations at home and at their work stations.

Preparedness is a shared responsibility. Stay ready.
