Mahalo nui loa to the incredible staff at Keiki O Ka ‘ Āina for their unwavering commitment to our keiki and island families. DVAC's Deputy Director, Ella Mojica had the privilege of providing a training on the impacts of domestic violence on children. Its deeply inspiring to witness the care and dedication shown by everyone in the room.

Safe families are the core of a healthy community. That foundation begins with education and awareness. DVAC is proud to stand alongside professionals who are making a real difference for keiki every day.

Everyone deserves a safe place to call home. ❤️

Mahalo to everyone who joined our first-ever Kuleana & Conversations as we celebrated 35 years of supporting survivors and families across Hawaiʻi.

Together, we talked about the connection between housing, safety, and the future we want for our communities. The evening was filled with honest conversations, new connections, and a shared commitment to creating peace for island families.
A huge mahalo to our panelists, Connie Mitchell, Anton Krucky, and Jun Yang, for bringing their insights and leadership to the discussion.

✨ The conversation continues:
📍 October 1 — Men's March Against Violence
📍 October 15 — Kuleana & Conversations: The Economic Impact of Domestic Violence

Let's keep showing up, speaking up, and working together for a safer Hawaiʻi.
