Urgent/Emergent Dental Care on Oahu

Dental emergencies can happen at any time. Your Military Service maintains normal duty day clinic and sick call hours to handle these situations. For after-hours emergencies, please go to the Tripler Emergency Department or nearest hospital.

Sick call hours during the military duty day are as follows:

Desmond Doss (Schofield Barracks): Monday-Friday: 7:30-10 a.m.

Bhaskar (Fort Shafter): Monday-Friday: 7:30 -10 a.m.

BHC Kaneohe Bay: Monday-Friday: 7-9 a.m.

BHC Camp Smith: Monday-Thursday: 7-8 a.m.

BHC Makalapa: Monday: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday-Friday: 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.

BHC Wahiawa: Monday-Friday: 7-9 a.m.

Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 12 to 4 p.m. on a space-available basis.

We want you to feel comfortable and fully informed during your visit. We proudly offer professional language and translation services in multiple languages, including American Sign Language (ASL), completely free of charge.

Our services include:
Face-to-Face Interpreting: In-person interpreters for your appointments.
American Sign Language (ASL): Certified ASL interpreters available.
Telephonic Interpreting: Instant access to interpreters over the phone.
Written Translation: Translation of documents and materials.

How to request services:
It's simple to get the help you need. You can request language assistance in two ways:
1. When scheduling: Let us know you need an interpreter when you book your appointment.
2. During your visit: Simply inform any of our staff members, and they will arrange it for you.

The Tripler Warfighter Refractive Surgery Program is now open to help eligible Active Duty Service Members reduce or eliminate their dependence on glasses and contact lenses.

Available procedures include:
LASIK
SMILE (smile incision tenticule extraction)
ICL (implantable collamer lens)
RLE (refractive lens exchange)

These advanced vision correction options can support:
Better visual performance in challenging environments
Greater comfort with protective gear and equipment
Fewer issues with lost, broken, or fogged glasses downrange
