EOEL was honored to join Commit to Keiki for their fourth annual Governor’s Breakfast, bringing together leaders and community partners who share a commitment to Hawaiʻi’s youngest keiki and their families. 💛

We’re incredibly grateful to Commit to Keiki for bringing us together for these important conversations and for all of the amazing partners across our state who work every day to strengthen Hawaiʻi’s early childhood system.

It takes all of us working together to create a brighter future for our keiki, and we’re proud to be part of a community so deeply committed to giving every child the best possible start.

Head Start services in Hawaiʻi remain unchanged.

As proposed federal changes to Head Start move through the rulemaking process, Hawaiʻi remains focused on what matters most: ensuring keiki and families continue to receive the high-quality early learning, health, and family support services they depend on.

“For generations, Head Start has helped prepare children for success in school while connecting families to critical health, developmental and family support services.”
