This morning Honesdale Rotarians joined with Rotarians from Newfoundland and Hamlin-Lake Ariel to do some spring cleaning and build new flower beds at Lacawac Sanctuary Foundation. If you’d like to join in future community service projects, come join us!

WELCOME ALEXI GILMORE-MANOOKIAN! Honesdale Rotary President Kathi McKenna inducted the club's newest member at its group meeting Wednesday, April 8th. Alexi Gilmore-Manookian is a Certified Financial Planner, mother and community activist. She is the founder of Raise Your Hearts, a nonprofit that offers compassionate communal support for families, loved ones and care providers following infant loss. Raise Your Hearts grew out of Alexi and her husband’s own loss of their firstborn, Rory. For more information, visit www.raiseyourhearts.org. Honesdale Rotary is a service club that meets twice monthly, the second Wednesday for lunch and the fourth Wednesday for dinner, at Tick Tocks in Honesdale. All are welcome!

Second place, Hunter Salasa of Wallenpaupack High, and First place Madelyn McClure of Western Wayne. Congrats to all these amazing young people!
