This is the DC the Trump administration is quietly rebuilding while the national press is busy ๐Ÿ๐š๐œ๐ญ-๐œ๐ก๐ž๐œ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ž๐ง๐ญโ€™๐ฌ ๐š๐๐ฃ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ฌ.

Three fountains restored. Polished marble. Blue water. ๐€ ๐œ๐š๐ฉ๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ฅ ๐ญ๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐ฌ๐ฆ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ ๐ ๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐ž๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐š๐ ๐š๐ข๐ง.

The DC of 2022 was filthy, broken-fountained, encampment-strewn. The DC of 2026 is ๐š ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐  ๐œ๐š๐ฉ๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ฅ ๐œ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ where local residents stop on the sidewalk to film the masonry.
