At a time when many health systems are pulling back from the communities that need them most, University of Rochester Medicine Thompson Health is doing the opposite; we’re coming to Honeoye Falls! We’re proud to announce plans for a new primary care and urgent care practice at 20 North Main Street, bringing convenient, high-quality care to the community in a building thoughtfully designed to blend with the village’s look and feel. The practice will be part of F.F. Thompson Hospital.
Right now, the nearest urgent care is almost a 20-minute drive away, and nearly one in four adults in the Honeoye Falls area (24%) lack a usual source of primary care, far higher than both the county and statewide averages. Our new location will change that, offering primary care services Monday through Friday, including annual exams, school physicals, immunizations, and chronic disease management, plus urgent care seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. with walk-in visits and on-site X-ray imaging for those unexpected illnesses and injuries.
And because we’re part of University of Rochester Medicine, our patients have access to one of the region’s most advanced networks of specialists, research, and expertise, close to home. This project is moving forward pending local and State approvals; we can’t wait to welcome our Honeoye Falls neighbors. Stay tuned for more updates!

Honeoye Falls residents, we need your input!

The Village and the Honeoye Falls Fire Department have created a short survey about an important aspect of our community: ensuring the safety and well-being of the people who live and work here, as well as the homes, businesses, and other structures in which they spend time every day.

Would you please take a few minutes to complete the survey?

Your response can be anonymous, or you can include your name and be eligible to win a $25 Gift Card to Honeoye Falls Marketplace (which were kindly donated by the HFFD).

We've had a couple calls about getting the pickleball court nets up at Rotary Park. Unfortunately, the poles/net holders were vandalized so we'll have to fix/replace them. Not quite sure how quickly that will get done.
